People are creatures of habit and when it comes to health and nutrition most adults are clueless about what's good for them. They don't pay attention to the foods they eat and most eat for taste. By the time they realize how bad their eating habits are, they find themselves overweight and out of shape, which could result in serious health conditions.

Mr. Ruggedd Mann's workout program is about the basic fundamentals of life. It's about raising  mental, physical and social levels to their highest potential. The workout program, is geared for both adults and kids, it combines the development of a positive attitude with good nutrition through healthy eating habits and an effective five day minimum exercise schedule.

The purpose of the workout program is to put mind and body together once and for all. Today more and more people all over the world are interested in being in shape. When people think of getting in shape, they think of the physical attributes. This is a false train of thought because fitness starts in the mind. In other words, you must first THINK FIT, which is the mental concept of actually BEING FIT. The mind and the body must be working together cohesively to form a solid individual. Being fit is being organized and knowing what you have to do to maintain your mental and physical outlook everyday.

This program was created for myself when I started to gain fat extra pounds. Like many people, I began running in the morning and in the evening everyday for about two months. Nothing happened! I was not losing weight! In fact, I was still gaining fat on my body. I couldn't figure out why I was not losing weight or fat. One day I started to look at the food that I was putting in my body. That's when it started to come together. For breakfast I ate three eggs, hard fried bacon or sausage, toast with jelly or jam. For dinner I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes and cole slaw, usually from a fast food restaurant. At night I would have a candy bar or ice cream at least twice a week before bed. I realized that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! I was eating sugar, grease, and fatty foods. I  looked greasy and fat because that's what I was eating. I knew what foods I should have been eating. I was doing what was easy eating what everybody else was eating, even though I knew it was wrong for me. I had studied health and fitness in college and I knew what foods were healthy, but I couldn't stop myself because I didn't have the discipline. Before that realization, everything I did was physical //. Now, I realize that my education is the most imporant thing that I possessed. It came to me that the mind takes care of the body. The body cannot take care of the mind! I realized that mentally I must prepare myself for any task my body must endure; that way all of me is working toward the same goal. - to be the best that I can be!

When I was running twice a day, I was concerned only about the physical attributes I fell short of success. To be successful is to be mentally prepared for life. To have and use a synergy : EDUCATION + KNOWLEDGE + POWER + DISCIPLINE = SUCCESS .This is what the Lord of Discipline is all about.
