I believe that God
comes down from heaven now and then and touches someone with a special
greatness that is not comparable to others. No doubt about it, Ruggedd is
one of these fortunate few. Ruggedd's special greatness is his love for
people, his love for their well being; his devotion to help both body and
mind is never ending. Ruggedd himself practices 100% of what he believes
in and writes about in his book.
You cannot read this
book and not improve yourself. By just glancing at a few pages you will
see how it helps you improve yourself, maybe not completely, but to change
even partially is rewarding. This book should be mandatory reading for
children as well as adults. I have known Ruggedd for 18 years and have
never once seen his personal discipline falter.
